Sylvie is a great cook. We enjoyed meeting and interacting with the other guests at breakfast and dinner. Speaking of dinner, you would be foolish to stay at this gite without also taking the"guestable" rate, which includes dinner. As someone who travels on his stomach, I can vouch that the food, thanks to Sylvie, was fabulous, the wine good, and the company always interesting.

What I really loved is the possibility to have dinner and breakfast in a big cozy dining room where a big table allow to eat all together, with the other guests and share experiences and emotions. The dinner and breakfast were superb, Sylvie is a great cook. Dinner was composed by a veggie soup with croutons (covered by a yummie saffron-garlic sauce), a domestic fowl with potatoes and a chocolate tasty cake. Wine is included (and good!). About the meals: the breakfast is very rich and delicious, but the dinner....... the dinner was home cooked and was fantastic, no other words has to be told... you have to try it! The most surprising for us were the home made icecreams... you have to try them!!! We stayed here for 5 days and we have been part of the family together with the other international guests: guestable is a very great idea! Thank you for the fantastic moments you gave us!

Les vélos sont géniaux, paysage fabuleux, ça monte tout gentiment pour finir sur une super descente depuis le haut du plateau. Resto local a la pause dans un petit village perdu. Bref le rêve. Mention spécial a Noel le guide et proprio du gîte qui est canon. Avec sa femme Sylvie ils ont refait de A a Z une vielle ferme c'est vraiment très très beau. En plus du vélo et du paysage j'insiste sur la qualité de l'accueil, les conseils techniques et les échanges sur le métier de berger et agriculteur qu'ils pratiquent en parallèle. A faire sans hésiter pour sortir des sentiers battus et fuir la foule qu'on croise sur les toutes des gorges...

Note attribuée : 5/5 “Découverte du VTT avec un groupe d'enfant de 11 à 12 ans” Avis écrit le 27 juillet 2014 Un membre de TripAdvisor : Heron03, Elancourt Cette journée découverte en 4 groupe de 8 enfants et 1 accompagnateur a été une très belle réussite car tout y était: Le cadre magnifique, un accueil très agréable, de la bonne humeur, l'accompagnement avec la pédagogie pour donner confiance aux enfants, des parcours adaptés suivant le public, la possibilité de se balader en attendant. Le groupe constitué de 26 enfants et 4 encadrants a été unanime sur le plaisir de cette journée. C'est une bonne adresse à retenir pour découvrir le VTT. Merci à Noël et Sylvie. Visité en juillet 2014

On a pas été deçu, noel nous a fait faire un tour magnifique avec des vtt top niveau,un ptit resto du cru à la clef. Possibilité de rouler à l'ombre la majeure partie du temps donc faisable aussi par grosse chaleur... Pas croisé une voiture de la journée. Guide hyper sympa avec des conseils techniques qui permettent de vite progresser. A faire sans hésiter! Visité en juin 2014

Il a su nous apporter les conseils techniques nécessaires avec beaucoup de pédagogie. Ses connaissances du milieu naturel permettent des discussions et des découvertes enrichissantes. Les itinéraires sont variés et très intéressants dans l'appropriation du vélo, les paysages magnifiques et les sensations multiples. Enfin, le matériel est très bon et l'accueil est excellent. Idéalement placé, il y en a pour tous les goûts et niveaux, le plateau des lavandes, autour du lac, des singles, de la montagne derrière toujours dans un cadre féérique ! Bons matos-vélos Hartail seulement -très bien entretenus et réglés, Noël était mécanicien dans son magasin de vélo il fut un temps. ceci explique cela. Noël est un fin connaisseur et sait très vite cerner le niveau technique et physique des uns et des autres. Il nous a concoté un parcours varié et adapté et accompagné d'une foule de conseils techniques et d'anecdotes, n'hésitez pas à l'embarquer en tant que guide ça ajoute à l'agrément. It was so fun and challenging at our own skill levels. Noel was a great guide, was patient, noticed our skill levels, and taught us so much about the area. The equipment and bikes were great and modern. He made sure that everyone was comfortable and that we were able to pick our routes by skill level and it was perfect. I also loved your kitchen at the B and B!!! We all shared a nice meal at the lake and we enjoyed delicious pizza for a lunch snack. I wish we could meet the family sheep next time! We honestly learned so much and it was awesome exercise. It was my first time in the area so I asked tons questions and Noel was happy to share all his experiences with us. Note attribuée : 5/5 "Le guide s'adapte au niveau des participants: top!" 09 août 2013 Un membre de TripAdvisor AstridBr Pays-Bas Nous (deux femmes ayant une expérience de VTT) avons fait une visite guidée par le VTT Verdon. Communication avec réservation s'est très bien passé et agréable. Noël était notre guide et nous a demandé au début du tource que nous voulions faire et qu'il pouvait s'adapter. Nos souhaits étaient les suivants: pas de routes pavées, goudronnées et beaucoup de sentiers. Nous avons déterminé l'itinéraire ensemble. Il a donné au «carrefour» quelles possibilités il y avait que nous puissions choisir de quel côté nous voulions (par exemple laissé de nombreuses voie unique mais d'abord une demi-heure ou l'escalade de droite plus facile, mais tout aussi belle route, avec un peu plus de variété dans monter et descendre). Anglais Noël était bon. Son explication était claire et il a donné des conseils utiles sur la façon d'améliorer la technique. Au début de la course s'est avéré l'un de nos (propres) vélos ont un problème avec la valve (pneu était vide). Noël est rapidement encore remplacé le tube pour nous. La visite guidée est un must pour tous ceux qui aime le vélo de montagne et routes panoramiques comme piloter sans jamais se perdre dans des culs de sacs. Après la visite Noël a quelques conseils sur les itinéraires que nous puissions vous conduire. Vous ne doutez? Just do it!

Malgré ma connaissance du VTT j'ai beaucoup appris techniquement.Vraiment, je me suis régalé. Merci Noël.

Noël est un excellent guide qui adapte le parcours a tous les participants et est extrêmement pédagogue. De plus, il connaît les chemins par cœur et nous met en sécurité. Nous n'avons pas testé la table d'hôtes mais le jour de notre venue Sylvie cuisinait des tiramisu aux spéculos dans sa magnifique cuisine, c'était tentant.
